djdoodle™ will Not substitute Any items in any Packages, and if a client does not accept any part of the package at the onset of the project, djdoodle™ is not obligated to provide the remaining service, services and/or items at a later time. All djdoodle™ websites are placed on our own servers, in order to provide the economical pricing of our web design packages, and to maintain control and insure the integrity of the website. If you wish to have your website set up on another server, there will be an additional fee of $100 for setup and an increase in your monthly fees of $10. Please note that djdoodle™ requires all clients who purchase a web design package to have their websites completed not later than six (6) months from the date of the purchase, unless otherwise agreed at the time of purchase. If you do not provide information, or if you wish to put your website on hold longer than the initial 6-month period (unless otherwise agreed to in writing by djdoodle™), you will forfeit your right to completion of your website package and/or be subject to a surcharge of $100 for completion of your package.

djdoodle™ will create a web design and/or design graphics for you in one style or type, consisting of One Logo, One Background and One Set of Buttons or a Navbar Graphic, depending on the Web Design package you purchase from the list above in one style only. If you should change the style or type of graphic from what you explained that you wanted at the onset of the project, djdoodle™ reserves the right to charge for this service.

Please note that djdoodle™ creates websites that are compatible with 5.0 and newer browsers, and is not responsible for your site if it can not be viewed because it is being viewed with an older browser. In particular, we would like to point out that the scripts used for a trailing or pointing curser sometimes interfere with certain browsers, such as MSN, and in that instance, unless your viewers open Internet Explorer to view your site, they will not be able to navigate it. We will not be responsible to make any adjustments and/or changes to your site because of this problem, as it is your choice to decide whether or not to have a trailing or pointing cursor on your site.
