We provide a virtual service to our clients and our Billing is done virtually. This means that all clients will be invoiced only by email. All clients will receive an email Invoice/Receipt through our merchant or paypal account, so please be sure to print and save all invoices for your records. If it is necessary for us to send you a copy of an Invoice/Receipt, please note that there may be a charge to do so.
Please note that it is your responsibility to insure that we have the correct credit card information on file if you pay by credit card, and we ask that you notify us immediately, any time there is a change in your billing information, and that you request a confirmation of our receipt of your updated information, to insure that your account will remain in good standing. If you choose to pay for services by Paypal, please note that it is your responsibility to insure that your Paypal Subscription is current and does not cancel. While we realize that it may be necessary to re-create a Paypal subscription, please note that it is your responsibility to insure that your Paypal subscription and/or payments are made timely. **Please Note there is a $5 surcharge for all Declined Credit Card Transactions and/or Declined Paypal Subscription payments, and no exceptions will be made to this policy.
Overdue Accounts Policy The following is our policy regarding Overdue or Unpaid accounts.
2 days past due will result in your site being taken offline;
10 days past due will result in your site being removed from our server, after which there will be a $25 charge to place your website back online again.
3 or More Credit Card Declines and/or Paypal Subscription Failures will result in Account suspension and mandatory 1-year signup/payment for reinstatement of Account.
Closing Accounts Policy The following is our policy regarding the Closing of Accounts.
All Monthly Subscribers must provide a Minimum of Five (5) Business Days Notice that they wish to close their Account, or Monthly Billing will take place without Refund.
All Account Closings are Final. Anyone wishing to Re-Open their Account will be required to subscribe and prepay for a Minimum of 6 Months.
Re-Opening and/or Re-instatement of Accounts is the sole discretion of djdoodle.
