PLEASE NOTE that all Fees are Non-Refundable and are payable in advance. No exceptions will be made to this policy. All prices are subject to change at any time and without notice. Your purchase of any product(s) and/or service(s) from this website and/or any djdoodle™ website indicates your acceptance and agreement to be legally bound by these terms upon your purchase.

We provide a virtual service to our clients and therefore our billing is done virtually. This means that all clients will be invoiced via email only, on or about the 1st of every month, unless you have subscribed to one of our services which is billed quarterly, bi-annually or annually. All clients will receive an email Invoice/Receipt by email, so please be sure to print and save all invoices for your records. If it is necessary for us to send you a copy of an Invoice/Receipt, please note that there will be a charge to do so.

We prefer Visa, Mastercard or Paypal payment methods. For those cilents paying by credit card, please Note that we require current credit card information. If we are unable to bill you for any reason, whether it is because your credit card is declined, or your expiration date has expired, or you no longer have the credit card we have on file and did not update your credit card information with us ... we are not obligated to continue to provide services without payment, and your account will be considered past due. Please note that it is your responsibility to insure that we have the correct credit card information on file, and we ask that you notify us immediately, any time there is a change in your billing information. We also ask that you request a confirmation that we have received the information, to insure that your account will remain in good standing. If you wish to pay by Paypal, it will be necessary for you to signup for a Paypal Subscription & Recurring Payment plan, in order for us to insure that your account fees will be paid in a timely manner. This means that your payments will be automatically made to djdoodle™ on a monthly basis or annual basis, depending upon which type of plan you purchased, and we will go over the details of the Paypal Subscription and send you an email to get you started when your first scheduled fees are due.

The Fee for DIY Website Builder is $20 per month, or just $200 per year, if you would prefer our Annual plan which saves $40 per year. There are No Setup Fees unless you purchase a Setup Option, and there are No Maintenance Fees unless you purchase an optional Maintenance Plan. All Fees are due and payable monthly or annually, depending upon the plan you chose at the time you signed up, and as noted above, we require either a valid credit card or a Paypal payment subscription to insure that your account billing cycle will be uninterrupted.
