What happens if I use all the pages and/or pictures and need more?

How do I get things changed on my website?
That's one of the best things about the djdoodleDYO program ... you can change any-thing at any-time, whenever you like and as often as you like, with access to your account 24/7/365, there's no limit on what you can do since you're doing it all on your own!

What about monthly fees?
Your fees are due and payable once you sign-up for a djdoodleDYO account, and the fees continue from that point on, until such time as your djdoodleDYO account is closed. Your first month's fee will be pro-rated, and then the full amount will be charged on the 1st of the following month, and each month thereafter. Please remember that your account may not be put on hold for any reason, and whether or not you have completed your website doesn't affect the billing, which is due and payable every month. We require all clients to be current with monthly fees, and we require all clients to have a valid credit card on file with us, unless they have chosen to subscribe to our Paypal payment subscription plan.

What happens if I change my mind and decide I no longer wish to continue my djdoodle DYO account?
We would be very unhappy to hear that you that you wanted to close your djdoodle DYO account, but please note that we do not offer Refunds of any kind on any of our services, packages and/or products. If you are going to close your account, be sure to do so before the 1st of the month, in order to avoid being billed for another month if your site is going to be closed. Once we receive notification from you that you wish to close your account, we will confirm by email, and your account will be closed in 1-2 business days and your domain name information will be forwarded to you by email.
