What is the turn-around time if I have you do a setup for me?
The turn-around time would depend on what type of setup you chose, as well as how quickly you have your information ready for us. Generally speaking, if you have ordered a MINIsetup, once we receive your information, we will have the MINIsetup done within 1-3 business days. If you have ordered a Partial or Complete setup, the turn-around time will be dependent upon when your information is provided, but we generally try to have partial or complete setups done within a week of having all the information we need.

If I have you do a Partial or Complete setup, how do I get my pictures and products information to you?
We prefer all information to be sent by email, and we'll provide you with specific instructions. However, if you have a large number of pictures, we may ask you to either upload them directly to your DIY account to save time, or if that's too much for you, then we'll have you send them by regular mail on a CDrom or a floppy disk.

If I have you do a Partial or Complete setup, what happens if I don't have my pictures and information ready for a few weeks?
No problem. All we ask is that you keep us posted on when you will have all your information ready. We're very good about sticking to our schedule, and will do our very best to have your website setup done as quickly as possible, but if we have to wait in excess of a month for your information, it will take time for us to work you back into our schedule again, once you are finally ready with all of your information.

What if I don't have a merchant account to process credit card sales on my own?
You do not need to have a merchant account to start your website. Although it may make a big difference in your sales, merchant accounts can be very costly, and if you don't have the money in your budget in the beginning, you may wish to do so at a later time. We recommend having at least one payment method which can be accepted for online ordering, so if you don't have your own merchant account, we suggest PAYPAL, an online payment method which will allow you to offer customers a way to use their credit cards to make their purchases, without your having a merchant account.
