What happens when I place an order?
Your order is processed for payment within 1-2 business days, and you will receive a merchant receipt by email. We will contact you as soon as your order has been processed for payment, to give you the details of your DIY account.

Do I have to buy a domain name?
If you already have a domain name, you will not need to buy one. However, if you do not already have a domain name, then you will need to register one for your business, in order for us to setup an account for you on our server. We offer 1-year domain name registration packages for $15 and 2-year domain name registration packages for $25, with you being listed as the Owner/Registrant of the domain name, and we are listed in all other contact positions. There are no other fees associated with your domain name -- once we register it for you, we will take care of everything else that needs to be done so you won't have to worry about it.

What happens if I already own my domain name?
If you already have a domain name, we will either give you instructions to change the DNS and point your domain name to our server, or you are welcome to have us do a domain name transfer for you, for which there is a one-time $15 fee, which will also extend the term of your current domain name registration period for one additional year. As with our full-service domain name registration packages, if you order a domain name transfer, you will be listed as the Owner/Registrant of the domain name, and we will be listed in all other contact positions. *Please Note: If you do already have a domain name, it is not necessary for you to order a DNS transfer.*

I've never had a website before -- how do I know what I'm supposed to do?
We have an awesome HELP Section & Tutorial, coupled with incredible Technical Support. In addition, we also have a special 'CLIENT CORNER', where you'll find all sorts of helpful information.

What is the turn-around time for a website if I create it myself?
The turn-around time totally depends on you, since you are creating your website. We find that most of our clients have their websites up and running anywhere from a few days or couple of weeks to a month, but there is really no way we can be exact because each client has their own schedule and their own ideas for creating their website -- the best part of the djdoodleDYO program is that you may go as quickly or as slowly as you like!!!!
